A new WhatsApp version has been released for Android smartphones and today we’re going to teach you how you can install it on your device. However, before we do that, we’re going to talk about the new WhatsApp version and what it comes with.
The WhatsApp 2.12.489 is currently in BETA phase, which means that while using this version of the application, you will encounter some issues or bugs, but if you report them to the developers, they will be able to fix them before releasing another update. The new WhatsApp BETA version comes with around 250 new emojis, bug fixes and the application should be more stable than before. Unfortunately, there are no new options added to the application.
At the same time, if you own a device that runs on BlackBerry, Symbian or Windows Phone 7.1, you should know that developers will stop supporting these operating systems, which means that they will no longer release new versions for them.
